| Hi Lucy and Paul. . . thanks for the comments, Lucy; I know that the standards are a bit open, but fortunately they do stay up. Thanks for the name suggestion, Paul---will look it up! Apparently, many of the older IBs were infertile or difficult to set seed on and if you did get seeds, they might not come up. I have done crosses on IBs like Delirium in the past with results, both seeds and seedlings and have two crosses going this year with pollen from the SDB mentioned in this thread on Line Drive. Both crosses have taken, so now it'll be a question of seeing if the seeds will offer seedlings or not. A long road! |
