Thank you all. I am doing the planning now. Can't move too soon as the neighbor behind sprayed "Weed & Feed" all along my fence with roses, clematis and iris on the other side, and it was slightly windy! What an ignorant jerk, or is that too strong? Just leaving them with no washing as some are already misshapen along that area already.
