Blueberry Tart is a "lethargic" bloomer for me...both spring AND fall...….by lethargic, what I mean is there are never a lot of buds open, at once....just one, or two, at a time....but, that "extends" the season, quite a bit. Some...…..Golden Starlet is a good example....open almost all their flowers ,at once....makes a great show, but it's all over in just a few days Shrug!
Sun Sprite IS sort of "cheese colored", so you may be on to something, Lucy ! I have several SDB's that almost always throw "4 's" on their first, few blossoms....always figured it was in response to colder temps when the buds were forming, as later blossoms are always "normal" Shrug! .
Quite a few opening up, this morning ! If the temps stay up, and the rain holds off...should really be showy by the middle of next week ! I only see a "very few" stalks in any of the TB's, yet...still pretty early, here, for them.
