Barb, that baby did bloom, the last one faded a few days ago. It was violet purple and so lovely! It only produced one bloom stem, but the plant has developed into a nice little clump, so I'm confident it will make a nice show next year. It has been so exciting to see my first Iris from seed bloom!

Doris, that is lovely! Is it an Iris tectorum?
