I would think it's OK, Paul. When I dig ,to ship to someone, I dig, separate, and wash, let them set in the shade for 2-3 days, and then mail them off. If you figure 3 days in the mail, that's 6 days before they get them. I've received some I KNOW have been out of the ground for 12 days, and they looked really good. Keep 'em cool, and re-trim the fans just before the sale, Should be fine....Arlyn
