Me too! Do you all use bottled stir fry sauces? I keep oyster sauce, teriyaki and a few others in the fridge so I can add a splop of flavor to the stir fry.

I use five spice mix I blend myself, and soy sauce. An occasional dab of fish sauce.

For sure sesame seed or peanut oil. Toasted sesame seeds are a great addition too.
