I can't say enough great things about Dreamfield Pasta If you are hooked on the traditional box pastas and just can't seem to stomach the whole wheat and other healthy choices available then you must try Dreamfield recipes

I'm not familiar with this brand but it seems to be no different from any other white pasta. I still use semolina pasta now and then, but I've found whole grain pastas that I just love. Thanks for the recipe link; some of those sound scrumptious! Thumbs up

Actually there is a huge dietary difference especially if you are diabetic, or watching your carb intake. Dreamfield has 5 digestable carbs and is recommended by my local dieticians as part of a diabetic diet. For those who do buy and enjoy whole grain/whole wheat pasta, it would be great if you can provide the carb count for comparison?

I am not suggesting anyone go on a low carb diet. Reducing carb intake and eating good carbs will result in weight loss. Spaghetti squash would be a very healthy choice. For those who don't like whole wheat pasta, Dreamfield is another healthy option when boiled in water and eaten freshly prepared and not eaten as leftovers which seems to break down the protective coating.
