|Alan, I hope you enjoyed that dish. My mom was a great cook and loved to experiment with new and different recipes. However, it's the mainstay 'comfort foods' she made that stay with me. She made the best biscuits and chicken gravy I've ever tasted - and although I can make the gravy, I don't even try to duplicate her biscuits.
