| Actually, over the years there has been improvement, it's not a lot better, but there is improvement. I wish I could be more specific. There was a big controversy the Black Lung issue. Aide was handed out, and a lot of that money ended up in the hands of corrupt politicians. I don't remember the details, but that's an example, too. |
