| Ahhh, 2010. The year I realized how much I love our home here and our little town of Dolores. I came to this when DH and I put our place here on the market, and started looking in Northern California. Mind you, you can get some awesome buys and lovely homes that would have been out of reach in previous years, but I kept finding myself trying to duplicate our community... something that simply cannot be done. I discovered that I truly enjoy working as a cook and bartender. Had you asked me that 5 years ago, I would have either laughed or cried at the idea. Tony learned that he actually enjoys driving school bus! And so hopefully, 2010 was the year that we discovered how to make a lovely, sustainable life here in the mountains of Colorado. My hope for the future... that we can continue to grow our life right here. Happy New Year to you all... may 2011 bring you many blessings and much love, and may you notice it and embrace it!
