Name: Pugwash (Old) Lighthouse

Location (State or Province): Nova Scotia

Date Established: 1871, Around 1960, a new tower with an enclosed upper portion and skeletal lower sections was built on the point, and the old Pugwash Lighthouse was sold to the Mundle family, who moved the structure to their nearby farm.

Travel Instructions:
From Route 6 (Durham Street) in Pugwash, go north on Church Street, continuing straight as Church Street becomes Gulf Shore Road. When Gulf Shore Road turns right, go left onto Pugwash Point Road, and you will see the former Pugwash Lighthouse on your right.
