Rolling on the floor laughing I'm sorry for laughing Pegi (because focus should be on her recovery) but I can't help but suggest that you teach her to 'back out'.

Of course, back out the doggie door, wonder if she would do that. I'll suggest it to her and see if she will try it.. Now, although she seems to be doing good she throws up her food. She could afford to lose a few pounds, but this is not the way to do it. The vet said she is sending the stones from the bladder to a lab in Minnesota, where they will do lab work free. FREE, now I love that word!! I never wanted the days to go by fast but in this case I can't wait for the cone to come off.

Elaine, you've been busy! Chairs look great. I never thought about using mosaics on chairs, good idea.

Hi Barb. Hey Pegi....is Sami all recovered now? Do you have her lab results back? We haven't heard so I sure hope she is fine and all is well.

Sami is just fine now, acting like her old self. You would never know she had been sick and had surgery. She wants to go out and play in the yard, but DH sectioned off an area that we cleaned up to she had some yard to play in and not just the cement to run on. So, until all those fox tails and weeds are gone she can't do her usual sniffing around the yard.

I found some very pretty flat colored glass at the 99 cent store. I'm planning on using them in my mosaics. Blue, white, orange, green, pink in odd shapes. Not enough confidence in myself keeps me from jumping in and start working on them. Confused

Just do it Pegi...the best art comes from unplanned creativity, I am so glad that Sami is herself again.
