Bern and Marti, those places sure look cold! Is it warming up by you any at all? We've had some nice sunny days in the 50's this week, and much of our snow is now melting -- hooray!

I love water pics too. Yours are great!
Marti, that ice looks familiar. LOL
Here is the little creek in my yard. Gonna do some work around it this year. We just moved here last August. Didn't know we were staying until November so we didn't get anything done before Winter shut us in. Got big plans!

Thats funny. I moved here in August also. With my sister getting sick shortly after I got here I didn't get much done either. Now I'm making plans and working on the yard. Just got to get the tree trimmer to hurry up and get the trees trimmed. I can't plant until he gets done with the trees. Don't want them dropping tree branch and stomping around on my flower beds.

Mike, hubby has been practicing with the new camera, having fun with the water shots. We are currently in No. Calif. staying with the grand kids and are getting late snow.
Here is a shot he took a couple of days ago before the snow started.

Gorgeous photo, Calif_Sue~he did a great job w/water.
CajuninKy~beautiful cliffs along the river. Your creek looks great; do you have flooding?
Since late November, I've geen making and lining the deck rails w/trees made of ice. As of Dec 14th, there are 47 icy trees on display. They look the same today.

I know you will not believe this Kiska, but you were on my mind 2 days ago. I was thinking of the pics you had posted at DG on the winter weather thread year before last (?) of the coffee freezing instantly and the snow drifts on either side of the road that were higher than the truck. How is your weather this year? By the looks of your "forest" it is pretty cold. :)
We don't have flooding problems from the creek. It has never flooded the house in the history of the house being here which is many, many years.
