Relax. It's only a small setback.
What is IN hooves that is so darn appealing to the canine taste bud, let alone in poop? Our dogs clamor around the outside of the goat enclosure when we trim hooves just praying a sliver of hoof will fly their way.

The same dogs used to wake me up at eyeball level in bed breathing eau de' cat litter box right in my face. So gross. There's got to be some magnificent little ingredient remaining after digestion that still attracts the dog. It certainly has no attraction for me Big Grin
