I am a fairly new Hydrangea gardener. Can someone tell me if I should be pruning now, at the beginning of the gardening season, (like with roses) or will I just be removing this season's blooms?

A kind and gracious member, (Seray) sent me this link. It was very helpful & informative. Thanks Seray.
I'm glad I asked first or I might not have had bloom on 3 of my 4 plants!
