I am going to put one in a large hanging basket this year.
It is the bloomingest rose I have ever seen. The roses are about the size of a miniature, but they bloom in clusters so the bush is constantly covered in roses.
It is quite a site to behold. It is out of patent, so I am rooting some cuttings for a hanging basket already!
I can't wait for it. I know Chamblees roses that I get that are only 6 -8 mos old, bloom the first season, so I am hoping I get blooms from my cuttings. I have roots already!
Hello Charlene,
Thanks for stopping in! Those roses sound and look great! I only have one more rose photo to post right now as I didn't get a lot of photos taken last year. I simply didn't have a place to share them. Now I will, as soon as winter decides to go away!
This one is "Love", the one I modified for my banner.

Hi Hummerchelle, I like this one. I started my rose garden last year with cuttings. It was fun. Then I had one gifted,it is so beautiful, and bought two or three I cant wait to see What they have done through their long winter nap!!
Madame Hardy~ Fragrant, once blooming, shrub rose Armide~ Antique Alba, fragrant, and once blooming. Agatha~ Antique Gallica, fragrant, and also once blooming. Acropolis~ Hybrid Tea, fragrant, and repeat blooming.
There are more to list, but I'll save them for the next time. LOL
I am impatient to see how they do, after being planted so late! My experiment roses!
OMG! I love it. I have one in my garden that is similar. It was a bargain buy @ 5$. End of season sale. Don't know what it's name is for sure, but the leaf color, shine and bloom looks almost ID.
Do you know how big the blooms are? Mine are pretty small.

They aren't huge but I don't know how big. I will send you a picture of mine as soon as I find it.. It is on dg somewhere too. and the rose cutting information.
Mine did not bloom all that well last summer. I think the area they are in may not get quite enough sun. When they do produce they are very pretty. Sort of red, yellow and pink, all on the same bloom.
