SAUSAGE ROLLS
Ingredients

2 c flour
2 tsp baking powder
2 TBSP sugar
1/4 tsp salt
1/3 c shortening
2/3 c milk
3/4 lb bulk sausage

Instructions
Combine dry ingredients and cut in shortening until mixture looks like coarse crumbs. Stir in milk. Turn dough onto floured surface and knead 2 or 3 times. Lightly roll dough into a rectangle 17" x 8" rectangle. Sprinkle sausage evenly over dough. Roll jellyroll fashion starting at the long side. Cut into 1/2" slices and bake on greased cookie sheets in a 400 degree oven for 20 to 25 min.
