CRAB PUFFS
Ingredients

6 oz can crabmeat, drained and flaked
1/2 c sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
3 green onions, finely chopped
1 tsp dry mustard
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 c water
1/2 c butter or margarine
1/4 tsp salt
1 c flour
4 eggs

Instructions
Combine first 5 ingredients and set aside.
Combine water, butter, and salt in a medium saucepan and bring to boil. Reduce heat to low and add flour, stirring well until mixture leaves sides of pan and forms a ball. Remove from the heat and allow to cool slightly. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. When batter is smooth, add crab mixture and stir well.
Drop heaping teaspoonfuls onto ungreased baking sheets and bake at 400 degrees for 15 min and then at 350 degree for 10 min longer. Serve warm
to freeze before baking
Cover baking sheets with aluminum foil before dropping batter on them. Put sheets in freezer until dough is frozen. Then package in airtight containers and store in freezer. Bake frozen puffs at 375 degrees for 35 min.

Place puffs in airtight container and store in freezer. To serve, let puffs thaw completely. Then bake at 350 degrees for 8 to 10 min.
