Crab Stuffed Portabella Mushrooms

2 large portabella mushrooms
1 c crab meat
1 rib celery, diced small
1/4 c onion, diced small
1 tsp lemon juice
1 egg, beaten
1/4 c mayonnaise
1/4 c whole wheat bread crumbs
1/4 c Pecorino cheese, grated
1/4 tsp each salt and pepper

Remove stem from mushrooms and with a spoon scrape out the gills of the mushroom. In a mixing bowl add crab meat, celery, onion, lemon juice, beaten egg, mayonnaise, salt and pepper. Mix well to combine. Fill mushroom caps with filling. Top with bread crumbs and cheese. Bake for 10 to 15 min until the tops are browned and cheese is bubbling. Cut into wedges and serve as appetizer.
