Creamy Salsa Dip
Ingredients

8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 c salsa, mild to hot, your choice
1 TBSP fresh cilantro, minced, if desired

instructions
Blend all ingredients well. Serve with fresh vegetables or tortilla chips.

Oh My gosh. I prefer salsa over catch-up on just about anything you would put ketchup on, and a lot of stuff you wouldn't put ketchup on. And the hotter the better!! What happen to you herbie ;) j/k

i had company last eveing. made a pulled pork roast.

alan - i grow my vegetables from seed and for the past few years i have been experimenting with what we call ultra hot peppers. last season i grew something called 7 pot. they wee extremely hot. you might have heard them called ghost peppers. i make a pepper sauce using them plus othe peppers and spices.
