Brandied Steakside Mushrooms

3 pounds fresh mushrooms, sliced lengthwise
8 tablespoons butter
seasoning salt
1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
1/2 cup brandy

In a large skillet, saute the sliced mushrooms in the butter until brown. Sprinkle with seasoning salt. Add Worcestershire sauce and simmer until almost all the sauce is absorbed by the mushrooms. add the brandy and continue to simmer until mushrooms are tender.

serve with steak or roast beef.

Mushrooms a la King
Ingredients

3 c mushrooms, sliced
1 c celery, sliced
3 TBSP butter or margarine
3 TBSP flour
1 c milk
1/2 c water
1/2 c pimiento stuffed green olives, sliced
1/4 cheddar cheese, shredded
2 eggs, hard boiled and chopped
10 oz pkg frozen patty shells, baked (or toast, rice, or pasta for serving)

Instructions
In a large skillet over low heat, saute mushrooms and celery in butter for about 5 min or until tender, stirring frequently.
Add flour and stir until well blended.
Add milk and water and stir well.
Simmer uncovered for 15 to 20 min or until thickened.
Stir in olives, cheese, and eggs and heat about 1 min.
Spoon into patty shells or serve over toast, rice, or pasta.

Cheese & Bacon Stuffed Mushrooms

12 large fresh mushroooms (1 lb.)
4 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 clove garlic, mnced
4 slices bacon cooked and crumbled
1/2 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 tbsp.chopped fresh parsley

1. Heat oven to 350 deg. F
2. Remove stems from mushrooms
3. Mix remaining ingredients, spoon into mushroom caps
4. Plae filled sides up in a shallow baking dish
5. Bake 18 to 20 minutes or until heated through.
Makes 12 servings

Hey Thanks for this nice recipe, me and one of my friends altered the recipe and experimnented and see whats the result, i wish i could have serve it you for taste. Its awesome, Thanks to you herbie43
