I made those muffins while in Pennsylvania to go with some beef and vegetable soup. (Neither my DDIL or her mother came into the kitchen while I was taking photos of muffins, so I did not have to explain. ) Everyone liked the cheese muffins, but they were not quite as cheesy as I had hoped. I found only white cheddar in the market I went to there, but I'll try sharp or extra sharp yellow cheddar the next time I make them here at home. I really like cheese!
