| Hot Beef Dip Ingredients 1 lb ground beef 1/2 c red onion, chopped 8 oz tomato sauce 1/4 c steak sauce 8 oz cream cheese 1 c Monterey jack cheese, grated 2 tsp garlic, minced 1 TBSP parsley 2 tsp sugar 1 tsp salt 1/2 tsp white pepper 1 tsp red pepper sauce Instructions In a large skillet, crumble and brown ground beef. Add onion and garlic and cooked until softened. Drain off fat. Add remaining ingredients and stir well. Transfer to slow cooker and keep warm on low setting. Serve with tortilla chips. |
