| This a nice drink for a festive occasion or for a brunch. 2 cups sliced, fresh or frozen, peaches - thawed 2/3 cup peach or apricot nectar 2-2/3 cups champagne or sparkling wine Combine peaches and nectar in blender and process until smooth (may re-freeze). Mix 2/3 cup peach mixture to 2/3 cup champagne. Cheers!  |
