| Sun Dried Tomato Dip Ingredients 8 oz cream cheese, at room temperature 1/2 c sour cream 1/2 c mayonnaise 3 TBSP tomato paste 1 tsp garlic powder 1 tsp dried basil 1 TBSP dried oregano 1/2 c sun dried tomatoes packed in oil, finely chopped Instructions Mix all ingredients well and refrigerate for at least 1 hr. Take out of refrigerator 15 min before serving. Garnish with sprinkle of oregano, if desired. Serve with crackers or crostini. |
