In the past i have given you a recipe for an artichoke dip that I copied from the interent and it was called the worlds best artichoke dip but this is without a doubt the very best artichoke dip you will ever make. This is my cousins recipe.

1 1/2 cups mayonaise
3 cloves of garlic, chopped
1 cup of grated parmesan cheese. must be parmesan cheese

Mix all ingredients together and place in a baking dish. Bake for 20 minutes or until bubbly.

Chili Dip

Pre heat oven to 350 degrees

1 can of hormel chli without beans
2 packages of ceram cheese, softened
1 package of monteray jack cheese, shredded, divided

Cream the cream cheese and then add the chili and half the shredded cheese and mix well.
