| Ingredients 1 c mayonnaise 1/3 c buttermilk (for thicker dip use 1 TBSP + 1 tsp powdered buttermilk and no liquid) 1/3 c sour cream 4 oz can chopped jalapeños, drained (or less for less heat) 4 oz. can chopped green chiles, drained 1/3 c chopped cilantro (fresh is much better, but can use 1 heaping TBSP dried cilantro if fresh not available) 1 oz packet of dry ranch dressing mix 1/2 tsp garlic powder Instructions Put all ingredients into a blender or food processor and process until smooth. Enjoy as a chip dip, salad dressing, or sauce. Refrigerate any leftovers -- the flavors meld and get better overnight. |
