1/4 c sliced almonds, toasted
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1/4 c mayonnaise
1/4 c white wine
1/2 c shredded Parmesan cheese, divided
1/4 c finely chopped green onions , finely chopped
1 tsp minced garlic
1 to 2 dashes hot pepper sauce
6 oz crab meat
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Toast almonds in dry pan over medium heat. Stir frequently, making sure not to burn them. Set aside.
Mix cream cheese, mayonnaise, wine, 1/4 c Parmesan, green onions, garlic and hot sauce until combined.
Fold in crab and almonds.
Put into small baking dish and top with remaining Parmesan.
Bake uncovered for 20 min or until hot and bubbly.
Garnish with more green onion, if desired.
