| While in Texas last week our host ordered BBQ from Rudys BBQ and the creamed corn was the best creamed corn I've eve had. Here is their recipe Rudys Creamed Corn 4 pounds frozen sweet corn 2 – 8 oz. blocks of cream cheese cut into 1 inch squares 1 stick salted butter ¾ cup heavy cream 4 tbls sugar 1 tsp black pepper ½ tsp salt Throw everything into a slow cooker and cook for 4 hours on low Beautiful Souls like Frank leave lasting memories in the hearts of those he touched . |
