| EASY HUSH PUPPIES Ingredients 2 pkg corn muffin mix ( 7 1/2 oz each) 2 eggs, beaten 1/4 c minced onion vegetable oil for frying Instructions Measure 2 1/4 c corn muffin mix. (Save remainder for another use). Combine mix, eggs, and onion and mix well. Stir until smooth. Drop batter by heaping teaspoonfuls into deep hot oil (350 degrees). Turn once, and fry 1 to 2 min or until golden brown. Drain on paper towels. |
