6 chicken breasts halves, boneless and skinless
8 oz tub cream cheese with chives and onion
6 slices bacon
salt and pepper, to taste
1 TBSP butter, melted

Cover chicken with wax paper and flatten with side of mallet until chicken is 1/2" thick. Spread 3 TBSP cream cheese on each piece of chicken breast. Brush with butter and season with salt and pepper. Wrap with bacon and secure with a toothpick. Bake uncovered for 35 to 40 min or until juices run clear. Broil six inches from the heat for 5 min or until the bacon is crispy. Remove toothpicks.
Serve as an entree or slice into 1/2" to 3/4" pieces to serve as an appetizer.
