| Deviled Eggs Ingredients 12 hard-boiled eggs 2 to 3 TBSP mayonnaise (enough to moisten filling) 2 tsp prepared mustard 1 tsp salt 1/4 c sweet pickle relish paprika Instructions Cut hard-cooked eggs in half lengthwise. Remove and mash the yolks; combine with mayonnaise, mustard, salt, and relish. Refill centers of the egg whites with the mixture. Garnish with ground paprika. 24 pieces |
