Big Al's Irish Creme

6 - Eggs (Beaten)

2 - Can Sweetened Condensed Milk

2 - 1 Quart Cartons of Cream

2 - Teaspoons Instant Coffee

2 - Teaspoons Almond Extract

1 - Bottle of Brandy (26oz)

Chocolate Syrup to taste

Makes approximately one gallon!

P.S. I use half and half instead of whole cream. Whole cream makes it way, way to rich for me. Remember, sip, don't gulp ;)

The best and most beautiful things in the world cannot be seen or even touched - they must be felt with the heart. ~Hellen Keller
