| IVA'S COCONUT POUND CAKE Ingredients 3 sticks butter 3 c sugar 6 eggs 3 c flour, sifted 1 tsp baking powder 1/4 tsp salt 1 c evaporated milk 1 c flaked coconut 1 tsp vanilla extract Instructions Cream butter and sugar until fluffy. Add eggs one at a time. Sift and add dry ingredients alternately with milk. Mix in coconut and vanilla. Pour into greased tube pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hr 15 min. Source: Iva Cockrell |
