| Deep Fried Deviled Eggs Set deep fryer to 360 degrees Hard boil your eggs as usual. When cool remove the shell. Take the egg and roll it first in a beaten egg and then into dried bread cruimbs. place in deep frier and cook until they are a nice brown in color. Remove and when cool enough to handle cut down he middle lenghtwise and remove the yolk. Blend the yolks with mayonnaise and place back in each egg half. Springle with parprika. Place in refrigerator until cold and serve. Beautiful Souls like Frank leave lasting memories in the hearts of those he touched . |
