| Mexican Fiesta Dip Mix Ingredients 1/2 c dried parsley 1/3 c dried minced onion 1/4 c dried chives 1/3 c chili powder 1/4 c ground cumin 1/4 c salt 2 tsp garlic powder Instructions In a large bowl, combine ingredients and store in an airtight container or jar. Ingredients for dip 3 TBSP Mexican Fiesta Dip Mix 1 c mayonnaise or low-fat mayonnaise 1 c sour cream or low-fat yogurt Instructions In a medium mixing bowl, whisk dip mix, mayonnaise, and sour cream until smooth. Refrigerate for 2 to 4 hrs. Serve with tortilla chips or fresh vegetables. |
