Very Easy Baked Brie
Ingredients

1 can refrigerated crescent rolls
8 oz round Brie cheese
*If desired, raspberry or other jam
1 egg, beaten

Instructions
Unroll dough and separate crosswise into 2 squares.
Pat dough to seal perforations to seal.
Place 1 square on ungreased cookie sheet with cheese in the center.
*NOTE: You can spread raspberry or other jam on cheese at this point, if desired.
With small cookie or canape cutter, cut 1 shape from each corner of remaining square; set cutouts aside.
Place remaining square on top of cheese round.
Press dough evenly around cheese, folding fold bottom edges over top edges.
Gently stretch dough evenly around cheese, pressing to seal completely.
Brush with beaten egg, top with cutouts, and brush with more egg.
Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 24 min or until golden brown.
Cool 15 min before serving.
Serve with crackers or apple slices.
