FROZEN BANANA-PINEAPPLE SALAD
Ingredients

16 oz sour cream, any type
3/4 c sugar
2 large bananas, mashed
1 cup crushed pineapple, drained
2 TBSP lemon juice
3/4 c pecans, chopped
2 TBSP maraschino cherries, chopped

Instructions
Mix all ingredients well. Pour into loaf pan and freeze. To serve, set pan in hot water for a minute and invert on serving platter. When salad thaws just slightly, it can be sliced with a sharp knife.
