Crab and Artichoke Dip
Ingredients

3 TBSP butter or margarine
1/2 c onion, finely diced
6 oz can crab meat
14 oz can artichokes, diced
3/4 c Parmesan cheese, grated (divided use)
2 TBSP mayonnaise
1/2 tsp hot sauce
1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp pepper

Instructions
Saute onion in butter in medium skillet until translucent. Remove from heat and set aside.
In large bowl, combine crab, diced artichokes, 1/2 c Parmesan, mayonnaise, hot sauce, Worcestershire sauce, and pepper.
Add butter and onion to crab mixture and still well.
Spread crab mixture evenly in baking dish and top with remaining Parmesan.
Bake in 400 degree oven until bubbly, 10 to 15 min.
Serve hot with crackers or crostini. .
