EXTRA EASY BROCCOLI-CHEESE SOUP Ingredients 10 oz pkg frozen chopped broccoli 1 large carrot, grated 1 stick celery, finely chopped 16 oz chicken broth or bouillon 2 c half and half (or evaporated milk) 1 c Velvetta cheese, cut into chunks or cheddar cheese, grated Instructions Cook broccoli, carrot, and celery in chicken broth until tender. Add half and half and stir until hot. Remove from heat and add cheese, stirring until cheese is melted. |
