I had this as an appertizer in a restaurant called "Bonefish". The shrimp along with their sauce was placed on top of a salad of greens and it was delicious. Afte we got home, i looked up the recipe in one of those copy kat recipes websies and found a woman whose husband is a chef there and this is the exact recipe

for the sauce
1/2 cup mayo
1/4 cup thai sweet chili sauce
3 to 5 drops of sriracha
(note make this the night before and refrigerate to blend)

2 pounds of large shrimp, shelled and deveined
corn starch

Dredge the shrimp in the corn starch and fry until golden brown. place on a bed of greens and pour the sauce over it.
