Corn Bread (Bread Machine)

A bread cookbook came with my bread machine and this is one of them.

2 large eggs, at room temperature, beaten plus enough water, 80 deg. F to make 1-1/3 cups.
1/4 cup oil
1/4 cup honey
2 tsp.salt
2-1/2 tbl. dry milk
4 cups bread flour
1/2 cup corn meal
2-1/4 tsp. active dry yeast

Plade all wet indgredient into the bread pan followed by the dry ingredients except the yeast. Smooth out the dry ingredients andthen make a small indention into it and place the yeast into the indention.

Put the bread basket into the bread machine and select white cycle. Start it up and in 3 hours later you will get this.

This does not come out like a corn muffin which is moist but more like a regular loaf of bread.
