Well, not looking for a house right now, and won't, until I get a job. Can't afford a big mortgage until I'm working again.

whooooooooaw...... I'm apparently still "in the running" for the position I interviewed for, at SAIT!!! (secretarial, at the technical college close to home). They just called, and said they were being a little slower making the choice than they expected!
I told her I hadn't wanted to bother them any more (I'd emailed 2x after the interview - once to thank them for the interview, and also to give them an excellent reference I'd gotten), and that when I hadn't heard from them that I was rather disappointed.
hope, hope, hope...... and pray for me, please - I REALLY want this job.......
