Kathy Kiz.. I do the same as you with the half squares. Cut a tad bigger, after joining, square them up. Yes, it's an extra step but it sure makes the blocks fit better!!

Jaye, I get "lost and confused" very easily....I try very hard to keep things organized...or I lose things like crazy....................have a spot for my keys, they have to go there as soon as I walk in the door....or next time I want them I'd have no Idea where they are same with my cell phone, camera, etc.....I have VERY VERY BAD short term memory....
my new room is doing pretty good, but there are stacks and stacks of quilting books and magazines all over the living room right now!!!! I think I may need to buy another book shelf !!
and I have not done a thing with the room, that will become the guest room I need a few weeks rest from all the moving of stuff before I can tackle any more
We are heading up to the lake for the holiday so won't be sewing for a few days. I don't think the little sundresses will suit for Malena, Noelle is six months and Sweet Caroline just turned one on Monday. I will post when I get them done though.
For anyone using internet explorer. I just downloaded Google Chrome, and holy cow! I can't believe the speed difference! it is so much faster. And if anyone here is using it, please tell me where I click to add pages to my favorites, so I don't have to keep typing in http://www...com?

You should still be able to use your same email. Just go to it and down load ( http://www.yahoo.com), you should still have all your addys. As long as your making the change to chrome, you might like to try a new email provider too. I use Incredimail and really like it, mostly because it has a notifier so i know when i get mail. It's free.

Today I went to the hospital (work sent me in an ambulance) because of some chest pains/pressure, and they ruled out diabetes, cholesterol, and blood pressure.
I didn’t have a heart attack or stroke, but they couldn’t rule out an angina attack so they sent me home with a bottle of nitro spray. It might also have just been heartburn.
I’ll get a call from the Acute Response Chest Pain clinic within the week with an appointment.
Otherwise - it's good to be home after an 8 hour stint in emerg..... siiiiiiiiigh
I'm back to work tomorrow, but will take it easy - it's what secretaries do, right?

Susan:Been there, done that! They gave me something to swallow that releived mine, so they knew it was indigestion. Did that more than once and saw a heart dr. I have cfh, but that probable wasn't what caused it.
