I didn't read the link for the Chinese zodiac...my friend Mei Ling had her grandmother do mine for me. When she looked at the DOB she laughed...said it was only going to be about 60% accurate because I am, in Western zodiac, a Gemini in the Gemini decant....she said that I would be a "slightly rusty metal rabbit due to all that air" actually she said being a "twin" and a mutable air sign and a metal rabbit meant an ever-changing perspective on life with an open mind and open heart....but the ability to be as stubborn as a mule....that part was dead on....
Oh My we had such a wonderful week-end. We stayed at a hotel with a water park and all the kids had such a good time together. Highlight of course was our daughter & SIL's 25th anniversary party. She did a wonderful job arranging it all. She set up a DIY photo booth that was a huge hit. Just gathered a bunch of props and some digital cameras. Usually they are so expensive to rent and hers was practically free. She surprised me hugely and of course made me cry by coming out in her wedding gown which I made for her 25 years ago. I was bowled over.

Jean, that explains it! No wonder my late mum wasn't conforming to the characteristics of an earth rabbit. Poor woman.. she's a Gemini. Very unpredictable. Sometimes us kids would stay under the bed until she made her mind up as to which mood she'd be adopting.

Jaye, both my daughters know I've battled weight all my life. They work hard at winning, both are actually smaller than when they married. The DIY photo booth was the hit of the party, every one had fun with it.
We are looking at more houses today, some pretty good possibilities, but often they don't live up to their photos.
I'm thinking it wasn't so much hormones as "outside" influences that caused your bad day. Life sure gets frustrating at times.
