Welcome back Pegi. Those games on FB can be addicting! Since I had high speed, I had never tried gaming... it's bad enough I am addicted to Google!!! My curious mind is always seeking answers!
Sure hope that Darwin will continue to get financial help with his meds.
Well, at least you're not getting severe weather, thank God for that.. if not you'd be facing a hefty heating bill. Oh wait.. you still have to pay for cooling cost!! Hope they're not much.
Praying those fires can be controlled asap.
It's been a mad month last month with the fluctuating temps.
I hope it won't be so this month, and we're off to a good start as 'tolerable' temps are expected. As long as Barb keep her snow!!
Just a few flurries today Jaye. But I'm pretty sure we will get at least one more good storm before the season finally ends up here. Then we go to MUD season. We are lucky if Spring lasts a week!! We go from mud to summer.....
Morning everyone, Jaye, did you get any sleep? Love the new banner for March!
Pegi, glad to gear your still getting help for the meds!
Barb, are you still getting snow?

Hello, hello, hello! First of March and we have a lovely weather day in store for Calgary. 0celcius now at 6:30! Supposed to go to 10celcius, but will likely get higher (it IS Calgary after all... very changeable weather...) and I'm hoping it will be Spring soon!!
Today I'm going to start on a Broken Dishes baby quilt for a Filipino lady who had her baby last Sept (ouch, I'm slow...). I MAY get out of the house to enjoy this lovely weather, and take my car in for an oil change, and tires tightened. When I got my car repaired a few weeks ago, they said to bring it back for a wheel torque... it's time, or maybe I'll let Bob take it in tomorrow while I quilt
Oooooh really needing spring here. We still have over a foot of snow on the ground and more forecast. Moving would be so much easier if the weather co-operates. Fun already...movers will NOT take chemicals...like my laundry products, but they will take 25 lbs of black powder. We have now decided to get a small Uhaul to take the things they won't. Arrrgh!
LOL no Susan, explosives, used for the cannons.
They said they would take the plants but I think I'll keep them with me. I only have 4 but I treasure each one.
We are taking the little freezer too. It's full but we can plug it in when we aren't on the road.

Hi everyone. I check on you once in a while, especially when there is nothing going on in SOTH. Hope you are all well and that you will have spring coming soon. Here in Iceland we have had sort of a spring weather for at least 3 weeks, much too soon, and trees and shrubs are opening leaf buds too early. I am praying for some colder weather to come our way very soon. It is guaranteed that this spring weather will not last until the real spring is supposed to come and we are going to loose a lot of plants if it starts freezing when the plants are almost fully leafed out.
Linda, I just love your jojo Easter eggs, they are gorgeous. How large do you cut the rings for each jojo? I would love to make a few eggs.
We had that happen with our weather last year. Had a very warm spell too early and lost many tree crops. This year it just seems to go on and on. So glad we're moving soon.
Hey Magga, nice to see you! I used a drinking glass to cut the to yo's, they are about 3 inches. It took about 40 yo yo's for each 4 inch long styrofoam egg. I really enjoyed making them.

So nice to meet you Sue. You are all such a nice crowd here.
Barb, I would love to have some of your snow to protect my plants but I sure would love if the temperatures could be distributed evenly throughout the world, so everybody would enjoy nice and warm - not hot - weather. Linda, fortunately, my roses are still dormant, just a few rosebuds that didn´t open last year.
