| It's a good sign when most of us aren't spending much time on the pc! Yes sistahs.. that means weather's good for us to enjoy the outdoors!! No, I'm not that callous enough to remember the bad weather that had caused some deaths. But, I'm grateful to God that my sistahs are spared from these calamaties. I've been weeding and preparing a couple more garden beds. Doing the beds 'lasagna' style. Don't have the energy to till, so, laid out cardboards, pine straws.. dirt.. and now waiting for the proper time to plant. Ordered some chrysenthemums, and I'll have fall color in front of my house, instead of looking at a bare cypress tree! Karen, I read you're relisting the house. Good luck sistah. Susan, I pray that a BROAD window of opportunity opens for you. Pegi, may Darwin finds some joy each day, in spite of his illness. We shan't stop praying for him. Marion, don't overdo yourself.  Not exactly babies but great grands, Noelle and Sweet Caroline. They are cousins but lucky enough to live together and so always have a playmate. Noelle is 2 1/2 and Caroline just turned 3. |

I bet they act like sisters, much more than cousins. Still can't think of you as a great grandma. Thanks LK. Luna must be expecting treats when Todd gets home! I feel secure with Hambone around. GS are very protective. Oh look at that "I love ice cream" face!!!! Did he had a reaction at the first cold taste? He's just too cute. Now you know you can't give Paco that! He'd be hyper!! |

| Yeah, he got the shivers, and a very surprised look on his face, it was so cute. It was also his first time for a spoon, and he did pretty good. |

| Sorry all, lost my hard drive and power supply for my pc a couple weeks ago. Hubby had to order parts, then try to retrieve as many files as possible. It will take me awhile to find and transfer back to my libraries. Pretty sure I lost my Quilting library though, lots of saved pics, patterns and ideas from the past 5 yrs. Unfortunately, the external hard drive that he gave me last year didn't have any back up stuff on it like I thought. I think Bella's pics and my genealogy folders are intact, but haven't had the time to really go through it all. Very distressing to say the least. I was able to use the Kindle and my cell to check in from time to time, but probably missed most of the conversations as it really ate up my batteries on both so had both on chargers constantly. Between cleaning the apt's and trying to keep up the yard work, trying to stare at those small screens long enough to check emails and a few sites was stressful on the eyes. Thank goodness this thing is back up - with larger type! I promise to try to catch up on all the past news, I'm sure there's alot of it on both boards that I missed out on! Sending hugs and prayers out to those here that are in need and also to the spouses, when they hurt, we hurt also... Bella is rolling around in her walker, it's a good thing that Micah installed those laminate floors! She really gives the cats a run for their money...  Starting to chatter abit, along with that high pitched squeal of hers, too cute. Here's one of the newest pics: |

| Thanks Sharon! She is a sweetie, for sure. They're coming up for 4 days in July so we'll have to move furniture around so she can scoot her walker and not get stuck somewhere. Sometimes I think about my Dad calling the TV the 'idiot box', if we watched it too long on Saturday mornings. Every time I pass Hubby playing on his computer the entire weekend and 3 hrs every week night, I can hear Dad in my mind............LOL I do get more accomplished by not spending much time on here, although I miss everyone's chatter! Eventually I'll get my iris pics transferred so I can share them too. My red carpet lilies are popping out like crazy in this heat! Catch everyone later today! |

| Morning sistahs. Oh Lord!!!! Bella, I'm sorry.. but I can't help laughing!!!! You really made my day!! I sure need to see that expressive happy face! She must be entertainment 24/7 to her mum and dad! Thank you so much! Sorry you had problems with the pc. Kathy Kiz, use a thumb drive. I do that now. Also, I email pertinent info and pictures to myself. Learnt that trick from my brother. Make sure it's not your server's email addy. I use Google and Yahoo. The files will be in there forever. Hi Sharon  Susan Raining right now and too lazy to do anything except for the usual.. feed the kids... laundry.. clean the kids..  Legs taking a good rest from those workouts in the garden. Thank God, I am still mobile, even though these legs are weak. Wish I can afford a golf cart. Makes working around this vast garden a breeze! |

I called them first thing this morning, and asked if the referral is ready, I was told they are working on it, and it should be ready by the end of the week! I was very firm and told them they need to put it as urgent and reminded them how much pain I am in! She said she would pass the message along to the Dr.  Hurry up and wait! |

| Kathy, I'm pretty sure your info can be retrieved. A good computer nerd should be able to get it. I know I've read often enough that nothing is ever truly deleted. |

| Hope you don't have to wait too long LK. Maybe your DH can find a program that can retrieve the lost info, if he's a DIY? I don't know any, but as Karen said, a pc nerd would be able to help you Kathy Kiz. |

| I've found some of the stuff he reloaded, but not all of it. I've had to download alot of stuff again today, update and so forth between everything else I was doing. You would think with his degree in Computer Programming and all his years of being on computers at work, plus at home that he wouldn't have a problem! Many $$$$$ were paid out to our local expensive college for all that, after all.. Sometimes getting him to work on my computer issues is like being married to a carpenter: the homes he's paid to work on look like mansions, while his own still has open studwork! But that's ok, his good points way outweigh his bad, so I'll deal with it. Finally got my cellphone pics of my flowers transferred:      |
