Linda, that pink shade is awesome! All we need to do for color searches for our quilts is to look to nature.... so pretty!
Most of my blooms on everything is gone at the moment, with the exception of the white hydrangeas out front and the red geraniums on the backporch. The rest is green, green, green.... thinking seriously of getting some red impatiens to put out front, since most places have marked down their flowers. While green is my favorite color, it does get a tad boring in mass.

Whenever I pick up fabric, I tend to overthink.. until Kel reminded me that my garden comprise of so many colors and hues and wonder of wonders.. they all mesh!!
Once again I lost this thread. Don't know how that happens, but sure glad I found all of you again. Sat in the DMV while DH took another eye test then the written test, without my book to read. How slow time goes when you sit there just people watching. I didn't think it would take so long, but have to remember to always carry my kindle with me. Well, he is good again for another 5 years, and he was so worried for months that he couldn't pass it. The dogs are again licensed for another year, price of tags keep going up. So, hoping I can't finish up my old tin shed and get back into my gardening. Thinking of painting the American flag on the shed doors. Got RW&B spray paint.

Yep I'm up early.
Kel has an OOT class this morning, and me have to feed him a carbo rich breakfast.
But he has to get his dad up for the day, before class. An aide is supposed to give Murdock his baths 5 times a week, so that will help Kel a lot.
Don't know how long this will last. When his brother Leslie was bedridden, after a few weeks, MIL got rid of all aides even the hired ones and poor Kel and FIL were left to take care of the hygienic care for the next 7 years.
Her reason? She said they were 'spying' on her! Yep.. crazy ain't the word for her.

It's MIL's very selfish decision that Kel had to follow, LK.
Only when Murdock's in the hospital, Murdock can be helped by anyone.
So.. Kel had to make that morning trips there before he sets off for anything.
Aides don't come in the mornings. It's always in the afternoon. Then they'd sit Murdock in his wheelchair until Kel puts him to bed in the evenings.
No one can understand Ida's state of mind. The only ones she's kind to are kids under 6. Above that she'd start to find faults! Crazy as crazy can be.
This woman told her own doctor she doesn't need therapy.
Oh yes, I have been using LK's beautiful tote. Kindle fits perfect in it. All I need is my ID, money, cell phone, medical card (just in case) credit card and I'm ready to go. Spray paint won't go in that, leakage might happen. Have to plan out my flag then then put painter's tape down. DH telling me how to do it, well I would like to see him come out and help but that won't happen. Don't think he has ventured out in back to see the shed since I painted it.
DH is planning on going fishing with his friend in Hemet (about an hours drive from home) Just hope he enjoys himself. First time this year he will get to use his fishing license. While they are fishing us gals will see what kind of mischief we can get in to. I'm sure we will get to the Dollar Tree Store, such a fun place to shop.

Can't plant, but did some repotting. Stupid me, dare put my hands into an overgrown pot that has some red ants climbing on the plant.
Yes.. got bitten by red ants.. badly. Quickly wash off the poison.. now to find some antibiotic cream.
