After 13 years online, Cubits.org is scheduled to be shut down. Please make sure you have the contact information for all your friends, and that you download whatever content you want from this site.
I usually stay logged in too, but there are times I have to log on the site. Now I know it is from clearning my cookies. Yep, learn something new every day.
Thank you for sending prayers Barb, so many are in need of them. My brother had surgery this morning and I'm patiently waiting to hear news. He is having a kidney removed due to cancer. This year has been hard on so many.
So true Pegi - that's why I try to check in and offer prayers to all in need. Not too much else I can do but I'm good at praying. And I can attest to the power of prayer as well. My hubby, Norm, has succeeded through three bouts of melanoma and he is still with me and feeling good. Praise the Lord.
Prayers are the most wonderful gift you can give anyone. My DH is going through chemo for prostate cancer that has spread to his bones. He has been fighting this for so long and is doing fine. He has managed to go fishing, his one passion.
Name: Jaye or Sistah North Carolina, temporarily. Lord Jesus, He's all I need.
So sorry for not being around.
Thank you everyone for having faith that I'll return to Cubits.
I don't seem to be getting my mojo back after the bout with chronic bronchitis.
FIL's funeral was a very quiet one. MIL had a graveside service, no church nor viewing at the funeral home.
So far, Kel's hanging in there and still looks into his mother daily.
The other son is demanding MIL returns what he gave her once she collected on the life insurance. A man that makes a quarter of a million a year!
As poor as we are, Kel wouldn't think of doing that. God provides.
Thanks for all the prayers. Keep them coming. I certainly will be praying for all my sistahs. Don't forget, Wednesday night prayers are back.
