| If the City has to back down from forcing people to move, then the value of our trailer will go back up. It's time for us to be in a house of our own, and to own our property. Yes, we own the trailer, but not the property, and we're at the whim of the city. At least property taxes don't go up that much, but if the city wants to increase the pad rent, they could increase by any amount they want....... We have the broker coming tomorrow, and we're really busy taking down things in the den (where I'm sitting hahaha), and it will increase the size of it dramatically! Thank you for your continued thoughts and prayers for us. We really want a resolution to the park moving (no one wants it to move!). Even the realtor is happier about it not moving. A house would have a basement and therefore the size would increase. I need a "Crafts" room, and Bob & I need a computer room, plus a guest bedroom, so this trailer is getting a bit "tight" for space  Thanks again, Jaye, Linda, and Barb  |
